You know the kids are stressed about a test you've given them when they use half a page to draw a cross asking God for help. It is common for a small cross to pop up here or there or for the kids to cross themselves when I hand them a test, but this is by far the largest cross I have seen to date. It must have worked, though, because these two students both received Bs on their exams.
I love the view outside my windows at this time of year. This magnificent tree has these graceful purple flowers that just keep blooming. It is a nice contrast to the stark-white walls of my room and puts me in a good mood every time I glance outside.
